Zap Bang Done

Over Priced, Bad customer service, and very slow to finish the job.

For those of you who are looking for a web programmer ir if you are stuck on JOOMLA then Zap bang done seems like a good idea. Zap Bang Done will handle all your joomla needs. I have used them for Joomla Jobs. One Jobs was to have them build a Template from a photoshop layout the price tag for this was 1900.00 . Next I had them design some Mods for the site – again 1100.00  Both jobs took them for ever to do.

I wanted try Zap Bang Done becasue I see there banners all over the joomla site. Right off the bat this is a very good Idea But way to over priced I mean way to over priced. If you just take a little time there is a job posting area on the Joomla Fourm. This are has worked out great for me. I had another template built from just a joomla poasting on the joomla site and it cost me 600.00 and it was done fast and amazing. Great idea guys but run very poorly

Here is my story of HSBC in NYC. I was off to go on a week end hiking trip to Boulder CO when my wallet was stolen in the airport in NYC. So I called HSBC to cancel my cards then I asked them what they could do tohelp me out. Remember I only have 40.00 in my pocket. The Lady on the phone from HSBC told me no problem we can send you a new card to your hotel. Now and I both are thinking great I have no worries. WORNG!!!!! then she told that it was going to take 5 to 8 days to get there. Great I will be home by then and I will have no need for it. I asked her ” Is there any other way” She told me no I am very sorry. So HSBC Stranded me on a hiking trip in Boulder with no money. After talking with 5 other HSBC people they all said that they were very sorry but that could not help me out. When I got back from the trip I stopped into my HSBC branch and I was fronted by a Branch Rep James J Otoole. When I told him my story he had every excuse why HSBC did what they did. Then told me if you don’t like our bank there are many others in NYC that I can bank at.

So my story here is Don’t bank with HSBC they can careless about its customers.

America For Sale

This is going to be a very short post about plans to jump start the American economy. They are talking tax cuts something that will work in the short term. They are talking that its the houseing markets fault. But the truth is it’s our fault that we are in this pickle. The only fix it for the American economy is American Manufacturing. We need to build this Countries economy from the ground up. Stop putting a band aid over the a amputated leg.

Sicko the movie – wow how do I really start this but to say we all going to die for the all mighty dollar. Second I am ready to pack my bags and get off of this sinking ship called America. But then it came to me that it’s not the US governments fault it our fault. We are the ones that let them do this us. I don’t think that we really understand that they work for us. There are more middle to lower class familes in the US then there is Upper to mega rich. We can no longer live in fear we need to stand and take this country back.  No I have not been the best person in that on the means of voteing but you can be sure I will never miss a vote from here on out.  There is only one thing for us to do, sstand up and let them here us.

If you are trying to choose which cell company to go with maybe this can help you knock out just one. I have been with T-mobile now for about 5 years and over the 5 years I have seen other cell phone companies make leaps and bounds to the service they provide. No let me see what has T-mobile added in the past 5 years UMMMMMM oh yea Caller tunes. I would say about 6 months ago I got a blackberry and added the Voice, e-mail, and Internet BlackBerry®. Right out of the gate I was not happy at all, the email was fine but the internet man it took about 45min just to load google.com . Then to toss salt on an open cut the iphone came out. Other then that I called T-mobile to find out why it was so slow? The T-mobile rep told me that my phone was not set up right that she could pass me to the BlackBerry support line. After doing a ton of restarts nothing changed. So I talked to the T-mobile rep again and told her that my friend as the same phone but is with At&t and his phone is so fast. Now this is where we got to the truth. The t-mobile rep told me that AT&T is a High speed internet and that t-mobile is not. I ask the rep when are we going to change to High Speed and she told me “she had no Idea but it would be soon”. Then I did a little research about all the cell phone companys this is what I found. T-mobile is renting tower time from AT&T  and that t-mobile is the only cell phone company that has no plans to add any high speed internet. If you just take the time a look ath the T-mobile web site they don’t even have any new phone. I am very unhappy with T-mobile and when my contract is up this year I will be moving to a new company. My 2 cents stay away from t-mobile.

I have been a vonage user now for about 3 years and in that three years I have never had to call them about any thing. In the past 2 months I have spent more the 4 hours a week on the phone with them. At first I thought that is was just the fact that they out sourced their calls to india. But nope that was not it the problem . So this is what was happing to m. I have a toll free number with Vonage one day I started getting these phone calls from some strange number. When I would go to pick it up it would sound like some one was just pushing buttons on the other end. At first I though nothing of but then I was getting about 300 calls a day so I called Vonage to see what they could do to fix it. At first I got some lady in India who really had no idea what I was telling her. After being on the phone with her for about 2 hours I asked if she could get me to a rep in States. So I was sent to a rep in that States how in turn at first tried to help me out but in the end could not. They Kept telling that they do not have call block but that they were going to get a Tech on and try to fix for me. But that I should on my own pay for a service to find out who owns the number and then contact to tell them to stop calling. I was so amazed that they wanted me to do their work for them. She told me a Tech would get back to me in a few days. No one ever got back to me. A week later I called again and when through the whole ordeal again. Then the Vonage Rep said “we can’t help you and I think you should really take your number to Verizon” I was could not belive it a Vonage Rep telling me to move to Verizon. After that she told me if I wanted to stay I need to change my toll free number. After fighting this I did change my number. And the phone calls stopped but deal with Vonage did not. when I got my bill that month they had billed me for the toll free called that they said they would not bill me for. So I called them up and asked them to please take off the extra charge. They Vonage rep said that they could not take it off and that I had to pay for it. We went back and forth for a few hours on the phone till she said ok I can give you a credit for half of the over charges. But that was not good enough for me. So then she placed me on hold for 25 min to come back and tell me thats the best they can do. I said thats still not good enough and she said to bad and hung up on me. I called back only to face the samething with a different Vonage Rep. So Vonage added the credit to my account. But then I got the next months bill and found that the charges where still there. The same amount. I called Vonage and they put me on hold for 45 min I think they just hoped that I wouls hang up. I got some one on the line that told me the person before had so right ro give the credit that I would have to pay the full amount. By this time I was so mad. I could not believe the way Vonage treated me Even Verizon would have given me my credit. If you are looking to sign up for a VOIP stay away from Vonage. I have moved everything to Time Warner. Watch out for the Vonage Scams.
